Environmental Sustainability
We love our planet and strive to operate big restaurants with small carbon footprints. A majority of our beverage program is ‘on tap’, allowing us to eliminate the need for millions of bottles. In addition, our locations are built using 80% reclaimed materials, use high-efficiency lighting and equipment, and have eliminated single-use plastics and unnecessary paper products.
Local Craft Beer & Wine
We believe that some of the best craft beer, premium wine, and spirits are created right here in British Columbia so why look elsewhere? Both our Beverage Director and Sommelier spend the majority of their time visiting breweries, wineries, and distilleries in order to develop our beverage lists and maintain unique and exclusive menus at each location.
Supporting Local Artists
Our passion for supporting local doesn’t stop at food and beverages. Our restaurants feature museum-grade art collections, highlighting Canadian artists such as Douglas Coupland, Carla Tak, and David Cho. We are proud of our growing art collection and invite you to explore our spaces to check out the incredible work from these esteemed and emerging artists.

Our beverage program features BC’s best wineries, craft breweries, and distilleries. This includes beer made at BREWHALL, our very own award-winning craft brewery known for its brewing innovation and collaborations.

Our restaurants are community gathering places where you go when you’re not at home or work. Places where you meet with friends and family to enjoy great food and drinks while creating lasting memories. We currently have five Tap & Barrel locations and a craft brewery and beerhall called BREWHALL.
